Status quo on RIL’s gas sales to other cos: Deven Choksey, KR Choksey Securities

Deven Choksey, MD, KR Choksey Securities, in a chat with ET Now talks about the effect of SC verdict on RIL-RNRL gas dispute.

What does the SC verdict on RIL-RNRL do to Reliance’s existing gas sales with NTPC, Lanco, GVK and GMR, status quo I believe, isn’t it?

Absolutely, the matter is now left to the sharing agreement and the government has to ultimately take a decision on this particular aspect. So it is a status quo completely.

Do you believe at 992-993, Reliance Infra has pretty much done its course and could be settling down at these levels?

Largely the market has factored such kind of a possibility and as a result of which most of the stocks have been remaining subdued and have underperformed the market in last few months. So from that perspective if you look at it, the two prices getting reflected at this point of time. Of course I do not have the actual valuation numbers in front of me right now but they are basically reflecting the true price at current levels.
