State Bank of Indore merger won’t have much impact on SBI: Fayeza Hafizee, Intime Spectrum Securities Ltd
Fayeza Hafizee, Vice President, Institutional Sales, Intime Spectrum Securities Ltd, in a chat with ET Now talks about mergers of State Bank of Indore with State Bank of India.
What are your views on State Bank of India?
I do not really see the merger of State Bank of Indore impacting the price of State Bank of India. But yes, I do believe that there could be some benefits in terms of maybe being able to offer a lot more service range to the customers of State Bank of Indore. These services were not available as a State Bank of Indore customer but SBI could exploit these customer base as well. But on an immediate term basis, I do not think it should have a major impact on even the price.
