Small cabinet will get things moving fast: Jitendra Sriram
It is small which makes it probably a better candidate for being fleet-footed because of a fewer people to coordinate with and get things moving.

ET Now: How have you read into the portfolio allocations to Cabinet ministers? Does it seem like some of the combos are looking a little bit bizarre if I may use the word?
Jitendra Sriram: I do not know how much of it is correct because there seems to be lot of speculation. One of the most enthusing things about this whole Cabinet formation and ministerial berth was the size of the Cabinet itself. It is small which makes it probably a better candidate for being fleet-footed because of a fewer people to coordinate with and get things moving. In case of individual allocation, there are certain ministries which probably are becoming too large in size. So, how adept are people in managing such large ministries remains to be seen but it could be a case for a stopgap arrangement and you could see some more smaller ministries being carved within that largest space.
