Short term target of 80 for Unitech: Devang Visaria

ET Now spoke to Devang Visaria, Chief Strategist, devangvisaria.com, on his views on the real estate space.

In the real estate space, how do DLF and Unitech look on the charts? There has been some activity there as well on futures.

Devang Visaria: I would prefer to be long on Unitech rather than DLF. Unitech is outperforming at least vis-à-vis DLF and even in yesterday’s closing call on ET Now, we had a buy on Unitech at around 74 levels.

So we are looking for a short term target of 80 and once it moves past 80, 90 is a distinct possibility for Unitech also.
