ET Now: What is your take on Maruti?

Ajay Bodke: If the finance was available to Suzuki at an extremely attractive near zero percent interest levels they could easily have used it to increase their stake in Maruti Suzuki to 75% or they could easily have given it as a long term loan at the rate at which they were borrowing.

So the fact that you have a separate entity at some point in time does create some sort of lingering concern. So it will remain as an overhang on the stock in the medium term.
