Sell UB Group stocks as they are moving up: R Balakrishnan

In a chat with ET Now, R Balakrishnan, Investment Analyst, shares his views on the UB Group.

ET Now: What is the call UB Group?

R Balakrishnan: This basket of stocks is highly volatile and sensitive to news which does not relate to that company on a standalone basis. There are too many other things. If a company were to issue more shares, the logic says that the price should come down. On the expectation that prices are moving up, one should sell it.

This is because if there is no other change in the fundamentals, I would rather sell those stocks. I do not have a specific view on the business or for that company. There are satellite problems of the group companies. They have been a big impact on those share prices. So, it is not in my universe of investment.
