See more value in ITD Cementation than J Kumar Infraprojects: Mehraboon Irani

In a chat with ET Now, Mehraboon Irani, Nirmal Bang Securities, shares his views on the companies, which have emerged L1 bidders for Mumbai Metro phase III project.

ET Now: What about the Mumbai Metro phase III winners? Here, I am talking about the smaller names such as J Kumar Infraprojects and ITD Cementation. They are quite large projects for them. Do you think it will be beneficial for their companies? Will these stocks rally?

Mehraboon Irani: When anything of this type happens, stocks do rally. But I personally feel at the end of it, when all translates into the P&L account, it takes….

ET Now: Are you really bearish?

Mehraboon Irani: It is not that. It all depends as to which particular companies you are referring to. Do I buy into a company which otherwise I do not like?

ET Now: That is why I asked you two specific names J Kumar and ITD Cementation.

Mehraboon Irani: I would prefer ITD Cementation getting the order because I personally feel that there is more value in that particular stock as compared to J Kumar.
