Can you give a quick call on the OMC pack?

Three or four days back, the OMC pack had made a high and yesterday was just a blip. But it is on the weaker side. I see a 3-4% downside. I see HPCL in the range of 310, BPCL also another Rs 20 down. So one should not play into this and it will be more news based rather than the charts may not work that well.
