Any ideas in terms of a buy today sell tomorrow idea or even for that matter a sell today buy tomorrow?

One stock that has done very well in today's trade and can actually continue with that momentum tomorrow is Ruchi Soya. If you look at the charts, I see a decisive breakout here on the charts and the next level on the stock would be close to Rs 124, it is trading currently close to Rs 116, so this is a good place to actually get into the stock with a short-term trading perspective, so you could buy today and try and sell at the start of trade tomorrow and stop loss here would be about Rs 113, so that could be a stop loss and you could actually expect about Rs 3-4 in tomorrow's opening game.
