Rs 75 crores NCD issue will be completed before March 2010: Dishman Pharma

Dishman Pharma has been in the news because there have been talks of some more contracts to the tune of 200-250 million euros. Can you give us more details at what stage of negotiations are you on these contracts?

We are discussing with various customers for new contracts. But I cannot disclose amount right now because unless these contracts are signed and customer consent is taken, we cannot announce the names and amount. But certainly we are discussing with various customers for new business.

Shed some more light on the negotiations that you are having with Takeda, Pfizer, Eli Lilly for new contracts.

As I told name wise it is difficult to tell because of confidential agreements. Customer wise we cannot announce till the customer gives consent. But we are discussing with various customers and next year we expect around 25% growth on consolidated basis.

The four API plants that you are expected to see come online by March 2011. What will that take your total capacity to?

Out of four plants, only two plants will be erected in by FY11. Another two plants will come by FY12 actually, not all four plants will come in the same year FY11.

By when do you expect the NCD issue of 75 crores to get complete?

Rs 75 crores NCD issue will be completed in the Q4 itself, current quarter, that is before march 2010.
