What do you think about Sobha Developers?

The players in the South probably will see the revival have a positive impact on the bottom lines much earlier than the other players. The reason being traditionally buying takes off much faster in the south as we kind of go into the so-called festive season and move towards easing of prices and you need to understand also the fact that Sobha, Purvankara, a lot of the South based players have not really seen that kind of a demand erosion because of the steep prices prevailing out there. It has been more of the reasons have been more external and not just pricing related, so the price elasticity is actually more favourable for the Southern markets and that's exactly where the first signs of a revival in the realty sector would start from the South.
