Reliance Infrastructure is an attractive buy: TS Anantakrishnan, Prime Wealth Management

With cash flows getting generated, there are less risks to the execution of projects.

TS Anantakrishnan, Head - Prime Wealth Management, in a chat with ET Now talks about infrastructure.

Do you think probably it is time to start looking at some of the capital goods counters?

We definitely think so. Out of this universe of securities that we are bullish on, infrastructure would be one of them. We think it has underperformed the market and does not deserve to be at the valuations that it is at. Within that space, some have moved, some have not moved.

In the large cap space, we do like Reliance Infrastructure. With the metro coming online in Delhi as well as other road assets coming online with cash flows getting generated, there are less risks to the execution of those projects. So from our perspective, Reliance Infrastructure is quite an attractive buy.

Similarly within the same infrastructure place, we do like the pipe companies and within that, we do like Jindal Saw. IRB Infra with its road asset looks attractive to us even at this price. So we are extremely bullish on infrastructure play and the next leg would be within this space.
