How is Reliance looking on the charts because it seems to be struggling a bit, it has been at about 980 level? Does it look like this is a very important resistance zone for the counter?

Reliance has been struggling for a while. It is almost 6-7 months since it has been struggling. It has been an underperformer for quite a while and it has been very dull lately; neither moving very strongly down or up. It is a very sideways counter but it has lots of weakness in its charts. I feel it is able to close above 1070.
