Real estate stocks are not good investment bets: Deepak Mohoni

Real estate stocks have made a roaring comeback and the general sense on the street is that they were oversold and they have simply bounced back. You think that technical bounce is over for them now?

Well you have to be a bit wary about real estate all the time. I think the best strategy to deal with real estate is let this one or two day correction take place, let see what they do if they do not fall really all that much then they would be excellent trading bets but they will not under any circumstances turn out to be good investment bets yet.
