What is your take on RComm?

RComm is the weakest stock in the telecom sector and if you see Bharti Airtel, Idea, they have done very well comparatively and they have moved pretty well. But RComm has cracked right from the levels of approximately July 2010 - around 182. It had slid down right up to 153 levels and just bounced back from there.
