PSU banking is the most overowned space: Anand Tandon, Brics Securities

Is the entire PSU banking space now looking ripe and would you be booking your money out of that pocket?

Probably it is the most overowned space in the market right now and has had a great run. So it is not surprising that you find that it is a bit soft now because obviously when you are searching for newer pastures, you would be moving out of only that stock, which you already own. So to that extent, I do not know whether there is any near-term trigger which can drive PSU banking up. You will have to see a strong growth in credit again for the interest to return.
