Private banks and NBFCs are good investments: Nitin Raheja
In a chat with ET Now, Nitin Raheja, Co-Founder, AQF Advisors shares his views on the markets. Edited Excerpts:

ET Now: Is there anything in the market which is looking undervalued?

Nitin Raheja: Yes Bank declared the numbers yesterday. We were just tracking their growth in terms of the assets. Banking is one sector that is looking good. In the NBFC space, we like Edelweiss. We see the valuations are trading at very reasonable numbers. When a broking company turns into an NBFC, the credit is almost 60-70 per cent of its business.

It is building out some commodity business focussed on the agriculture space, on the likes of what a Cargill or a Glencore would be. Those are businesses which have big moats around them.It can help them to deliver value. You have the ARC business and the insurance business which are all probably going to kick in in the next two to three years. There are multiple levers. I think there is enough space in that going ahead. So these are couple of the stocks that we like in the financial space.
