What's the call on the entire real estate space and would you still be a buyer at these levels?

We are already invested into this space. We have been positive on this space but the festival season is just round the corner while our sense is that we should see strong sales traction in the festival season. One could just wait out for a few days and see how the sales happen.

What are the price points at which sales is happening and then take a cue from there as to whether the stocks have a further upside or not. To our mind, that’s a big event, which is round the corner.

People have land banks, people need to launch projects and monetise some of those land banks and in this festival season, we really believe that a lot of the developers may be launching, we could see record launches in this season. The question mark really is as to what kind of sales happen in this period, so let’s wait out for a few days.
