Positive on PSU banks in present situation: Principal Mutual Fund

ET Now: What is your call on the banking space?

PVK Mohan: So far it has been more of the private banks where asset quality is less of an issue. But in recent times, this government really getting back into serious action and some of the beaten down PSU banks we have added a little bit. So that is something we had a relatively lower weight on, and that is something that we have raised in recent times. So it is really a valuation catch up, they were trading at much much lower valuations compared to the private banks, so that is something that we added to.
