Polaris to remain in a very narrow range: Avinash Gorakshekar, Anagram Capital Ltd

Avinash Gorakshekar, Head of Research, Anagram Capital Ltd, in a chat with ET Now talks about Polaris.

What happened to Polaris? The numbers as per the estimates were pretty much in line.

If you see the quarterly numbers, I have not gone through them minutely but I think numbers were pretty flattish. So our sense is that typically one will have to look into what the management guidance is because they have been pretty strong on the product side. In fact whatever acquisitions they have made in the last one or two quarters, the market is sensing that. Probably from the product side of the business, if they get a bigger kind of ramp up on the business, I think margins should improve.

Our sense is that the stock will remain in a very narrow range until and unless we see some big kind of ramp up on the margin side which unfortunately has not happened in this quarter.
