Parabolic Drugs saw a subdued listing. But do the prospects look good? Do you think it can give some growth?
Generally, investors avoid investing in companies which are in the API (Active Ingredient Pharmaceutical) space. Also, if you look at valuations, they are very rich. It trades around 15 times their FY10 earnings of around 4.6. So my sense is that at this point of time, let the dust settle down and then investors can look forward to invest at a much lower level.
