Outperformance could come from technology sector: Harendra Kumar

In a chat with ET Now, Harendra Kumar, Managing Director-Institutional Equities, Elara Capital, shares his views on mispricing issue.

ET Now: At the current juncture, where exactly a markets mispricing grows, first on the upside and then on the downside?

Harendra Kumar: If I heard you correctly where are the surprises?

ET Now: Or where are opportunities?

Harendra Kumar: Technology as a space, that is where the interesting development lies that, one should watch out. We have been speaking about the global recovery in fact you had started the programme on that and if you look at how the Dow is behaving, the IBMs of the world are behaving and yesterday’s flat Cognizant results.

These are huge positive for Indian tech companies and the valuations are also very attractive. So if you are looking for outperformance that could possibly come from technology sector.
