Optimistic on IT sector: Mayuresh Joshi

In a chat with ET Now, Mayuresh Joshi, VP-Institution, Angel Broking, shares his views on IT sector.

ET Now: What is your call here on IT?

Mayuresh Joshi: We are optimistic on this space and there are lot of headwinds for the entire sector Q3 typically shutdowns, Christmas holidays, Q4 when the discretionary budgeting decisions start firming up and clearly both these quarters traditionally weak quarters for the entire sector.

Again the kind of numbers that we have probably seen in Q2 were little bit disappointing because the analyst expectations were a little bit too optimistic when it comes to the space.
