Optimistic about Corporation Bank: Radhika Gupta, Forefront Capital Management

Radhika Gupta, Director, Forefront Capital Management, in a chat with ET Now talks about Corporation Bank.

Do you believe that the plans of going ahead for Corporation Bank could probably pose some sort of a dampener to it?

I do not think so. In the long term, they have seen pretty explosive growth as a smaller bank while maintaining their margins and while not compromising on asset quality. We are looking at somewhere between 20% to 22% return on equity in the next year. So we remain pretty optimistic about Corporation Bank.
