What are you making of the oil marketing companies, the BPCL, HPCL or an IOC?

Depends clearly on the government how they really move ahead with the Parikh report whether they can actually implement it, even in part or at least give a roadmap to the implementation of the same, maybe a couple of months down the line.

If they do give a roadmap, it will be positive. With some amount of part implementation, then it will be positive. Valuations wise, they are attractive from investment perspective but clearly government action needs to be there for them to perform.
