What is your take on Nucleus Software?

Nucleus remained flat yesterday in the middle of the decline. While that in itself looks promising, the stock has been in a pretty heavy decline since September. So nothing much is happening here. It is maybe at best form some sort of a bottom at about 80-85, trying to do that.
