Not the right time to exit DLF: Maia Financial Services

How is DLF starting to look on the charts?

DLF today is showing some signs of improvement. It is almost flat but if you go to see the technical indicators on DLF, they are in an oversold zone, both the intermediate term indicator as well as the short term indicator. So if you want to exit out of DLF, I do not think it is the right time. You would get some sort of a bounce back but overall yes, the trend is down. Realty does not look good, maybe a couple of stocks in the small cap and midcap space may look good. One is what is known as Brigade which is a Bangalore based company which looks fine and the other is Gammon Infra which looks good to me on the charts.
