Real estate, poses a shorting opportunity even now?

We are not bullish on real estate, have not been for a while, that goes across DLF, Unitech, some of the smaller guys like IB Real Estate as well. Valuations in this sector still have a way to go before it looks exciting and there are some concerns particularly on the commercial real estate side.
