Neutral on Everonn: Prakash Diwan, Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd.
Everonn has really been struggling in terms of setting up the right kind of quality brand franchise that some of the other competitors have been able to successfully do.
A word on Everonn?
If you retrace the news that came through, about them hiking the limits for their investment, FII limit within the company is holding, was it really as exciting that the stock should see the upward circuit being touched? My answer is really not, because operationally that really does not make any difference. You are just talking about some capital infusion. Everonn has really been struggling in terms of setting up the right kind of quality brand franchise that some of the other competitors have been able to successfully do. It was evident that that was the time to exit or book profits. Utilise these opportunities to trade on the stocks either way but fundamentally nothing much has changed for Everonn or for the entire education space that warrants so much of positive attention.
