Navneet Publications is a buy: Aunali Rupani, ARM Research Pvt Ltd

Aunali Rupani, Director, ARM Research Pvt Ltd, in a chat with ET Now talks about Navneet Publications.

What is your view on Navneet Publications?

It is one of the leaders in the publication business. We all have used guides in 21 sets of Navneet. They have got almost a strong distributor network of 40000 people. The bigger trigger is that they have entered into the e-learning segment and this is going to be a big business for them.

If I just talk about Educomp, the top line revenues that they gave is close to 850 crores and the market cap is 6000 crores and if I talk about Navneet’s projections, they are expected to do something like 650 crores in coming years. So comparing both of them, there could be big money to be made. The current market cap of Navneet is only 1500 crores.

So I am looking at 3 or 4 times from here now and the curriculum is also going to become single. The curriculum all over India is going to be same. That is going to be again a big trigger for Navneet. Our short term target on the counter is around Rs 80.
