Muthoot Capital not looking attractive: Deepak Mohoni

In the last 4-5 days, Muthoot Capital has slid down very sharply. I do not think the rights issue is probably going down very well in the market by the looks of it.

In a chat with ET Now, Deepak Mohoni, Director, trendwatchindia.com, shares his stock ideas.

What is the call on the NBFC space and Muthoot Capital?

In the last 4-5 days, Muthoot Capital has slid down very sharply. It had gone over Rs 200 and has come down straight to Rs 150, which is a very substantial fall. I do not think the rights issue is probably going down very well in the market by the looks of it.

None of the other NBFC is really off to a tearing start in this bull market. They tend to be the kind of stocks that have a good high volatility on the upside once they start doing, but investor confidence in those stocks rises more when the Sensex itself has started going up at a sharper rate.
