Most real estate stocks may see some good correction going ahead: IV Subramaniam

ET Now: What have you made of the realty names?

IV Subramaniam: The valuations do not justify. The balance sheets are extremely weak. Many of them have suspect numbers.

The business models are also not very clear. I would still like one or two companies of the lot largely because the management is good and the balance sheet is okay.

Most of the others have run up purely based on euphoria. Many of them may see some good correction going ahead.
