Mining sector has a lot of potential: Anand Rathi Fin services

In an interview with ET Now, AK Prabhakar, Senior Vice-President Equity Research, Anand Rathi Financial Services, gives his views on commodity and mining space.

ET Now: What is your call on the commodity and mining space?

AK Prabhakar: We like a few mining stocks like MOIL and NMDC and even NALCO for that matter. These are a few stocks we like, but most of the stocks are in mining. Now mining is one sector we think has a lot of potential. Now we also like Coal India, but due to government policy we are not recommending that to our clients, but other steel stocks like SAIL. SAIL is value at these prices, but for a long-term investor.
