Mid tier IT stocks attractive from a 2-3 year period: Arindam Ghosh, Blackridge Capital Advisors

What did you make of Friday’s sell off in technology names thanks to TCS’ performance? It brought about weakness in the entire IT space. Should one use these dips to add on to a more IT names?

One needs to have a little longer term view within the defensive space. A clear two year-three year kind of a view. IT, pharma and the other defensives have done extremely well over the last year. Of course, it has been well supported by the currency. But having said that, every opportunity that we get to see, if there is a correction in any of these sectors and particularly not just in the large cap and leading frontline IT. If we go down the curve and look at some of the mid tier IT stocks many of them over a two to three year period look very attractive.
