Markets will not correct beyond 5-10%: Nilesh Shah of Envision Capital

In a chat with ET Now, Nilesh Shah, MD & CEO, Envision Capital, shares his view on market correction.

ET NOW: How much do you think the market will correct from hereon?

Nilesh Shah: I probably think 5% maybe to 10%. I do not see the case for a correction beyond that and that is because that both overseas as well as back home there is a very large segment of investors who are still willing to take a look at equities, who do not have enough of Indian equities, are still waiting in the wings to make disproportionate allocations to Indian equities as an asset class.

My sense is that you would probably see a far more stronger gush of liquidity, a far more reinforced quantum of liquidity coming in and investing so I probably think that that is the biggest risk that we face between now and at the end of this financial year or the end of this calendar year.
