In all probability yes or we may dip a little bit from here but there is an excellent chance now that yesterday was the bottom of the entire decline. The perceptions have changed globally and there is a big bounce back in the US, big bounce back in Asia and clearly that decline we saw in the last week was a panic sell off, it was not really, I would not use the word warranted but almost get there.
