Characterise the market environment for us are you bullish, bearish, tentative?

It is fairly indifferent. The volumes, the price action everything very clearly indicates markets desperately waiting for cues negative or positive to take some sort of direction. However, the bias does remain slightly negative in the absence of any overwhelmingly positive news flow.

So next week is of course critical expiry week so we will probably see markets heading a bit lower not significantly but may be around 150 points in the Nifty and if that is not really is a significant enough and may be today you could probably see a little bit of pullback thanks to the short squeeze that most of the large cap stocks are sitting on.
