On the charts, a BILT?

In BILT, the movement has been very sideways and the stock seems to be consolidating between 33 and 39 on the higher side. There is no trigger immediately on the charts. So if someone is holding onto the stock, may be look for lower levels to add onto it or wait for a breakout to increase your quantity.
