Long term inverstors can buy Unitech: Maia Financial

How are you placing the second rung real estate stocks? Do you think that they still have much more momentum to go?
Not really, I feel the larger stocks like JP Associates or Unitech or DLF looks to be better bets than these stocks because the larger stocks like Unitech start performing. These stocks would naturally be following them but Unitech looks to have completed its intermediate term correction and it looks that it could have a possible bounce back but it is not an intraday traders for Unitech but I feel that if you are a swing trader or if you are a longer investor, you can look at Unitech as an option for investing by chance.
