Little cautious on ABB: Avinnash Gorakssakar

At least till September, October the incremental order book is not going to significantly change. So I would be little cautious on ABB probably one more quarter of good growth and then one could look at it.

In a chat with ET Now, Avinnash Gorakssakar, Founder Director, Moneyinvestments.in, shares his views on ABB.

ET Now: On the charts ABB and Oil India?

Avinnash Gorakssakar: Oil India is slightly better than what market expectations were and the stock could possibly move up further. As far as ABB is concerned, for a couple of quarters one would need to see what is the kind of incremental order book they get because largely this quarter has not been entirely up to expectations. We have the conference call today evening but what management tone clearly says on the order visibility, going forward. In terms of the investment cycle things have been really bad. At least till September, October the incremental order book is not going to significantly change. So I would be little cautious on ABB probably one more quarter of good growth and then one could look at it.
