Lanco may settle around Rs 49: Rohit Shinde

ET Now caught up with Rohit Shinde, AVP, Technical Research, CD Equisearch Pvt. Ltd., to get his views on the realty pack.

We saw some weakness in the realty sector. Would you play for Unitech?

Instead of Unitech, I would like to look at Lanco Infra. There may be some more room for Unitech on the downside, but currently it's around Rs 74-75 levels and has topped out from the higher levels of Rs 80 and it can go down to Rs 70 levels. Lanco Infra is also doing pretty well and has bounced back from its Rs 44 levels. There could be a minor downside again and the stock may settle down at around Rs 49 levels.
