KPIT has a decent portfolio, good traction: Avinnash Gorakssakar

ET Now: Two midcap IT names contrasting moves KPIT hammered out of shape, Mastek good margin performance and the stock is getting rewarded?

Avinnash Gorakssakar: After the buyback this is definitely another good news flow which has come out in the immediate short term. Looking at the kind of traction Mastek has put out possibly some more upside could come in here.

As far as KPIT is concerned the numbers were not bad. Within the midcap tier 2 kind of IT names KPIT has a decent product portfolio, had good traction from the automotive markets especially from the US. So, I would presume after this 15% cut there could be some stability on the stock.
