Ipca to give good returns on US and domestic trade traction: Manish Sonthalia
Ipca to give good returns on US and domestic trade traction, says Manish Sonthalia.

ET Now: What are the names that you like from the pharma pack, considering they are the only ones that are scaling new highs everyday?
Manish Sonthalia: Yes, this entire space is quite interesting. A lot of midcap names are flying around here and there and a lot of merger and acquisition deeds are in the pipeline, but we continue to like an Ipca and we have it in our portfolio, given that the US business is going to be in traction from almost zero turnover to $100 million turnover in the next five years.
This entire US set up, which was not there is now kicking in for Ipca. Their tender business is doing well and the domestic business, after a lacklustre second half is gaining traction in the third quarter.
Moreover, the AIOCD data suggest that October-November has been quite good for the domestic markets. So within the midcap space, we continue to like Ipca and within the cramp space Divi's is a pick for us, as far as large cap is concerned.
