You are bullish on Ipca Labs. In the light of the increasing raw material cost, would you still be bullish on a stock like this?

Overall our bullishness on Ipca stems from the fact that you have seen very good business growth in the domestic segment and if you see the growth that they have recorded here in the formulation side of the business. They have clearly outperformed the rest of the segment as well as the broader market as a whole.

If you see the performance of Ipca Laboratories, even in terms of stock price, it has been one of the outperformers in the pharma space. So yes, notwithstanding increase in raw materials, the fact that their business is showing good momentum is what makes us like this stock.
