Investors may buy private sector banks, NBFCs: Sandip Sabharwal

In a chat with ET Now, Sandip Sabharwal, CEO-PMS, Prabhudas Lilladher, shares his views on private sector banks and NBFCs.

ET Now: What is looking like an attractive buy for you at the moment?

Sandip Sabharwal: The markets may correct further by around 4% to 5% over the next few sessions. And that would make valuations more attractive for some sectors. Broadly, at the top end of the large cap space, I would play private sector banks and NBFCs. This space looks very good because the results have been good, balance sheets are well placed and non-performing assets are well under control. These private sector banks and some of the NBFCs are well placed to ride the up move.
