India remains a more attractive investment destination compared to Asian peers: Taher Badshah, Motilal Oswal AM
"The liquidity situation has remained pretty good for a while. Inflows have picked up once again in the space of the last two-three weeks."

ET Now: What is your take on liquidity, because it is clearly the differentiating factor for Indian markets?
Taher Badshah: The liquidity situation has remained pretty good for a while. Inflows have picked up once again in the space of the last two-three weeks. We have seen average inflows in the first couple of weeks of this month alone. It has been pretty robust overall.
The situation since fiscal year-to-date has also been pretty good. We have seen a little bit of slower flows as far as the domestic pocket and the domestic mutual funds go. But inflows continue to remain reasonably good. There is still a decent amount of hope that we will not see any significant unwinding of the QE immediately.
India continues to remain a more attractive destination compared to many of the other Asian markets. To that extent, we probably might see a better share of flows compared to other countries in the region. This will probably be positive from the point of view of overall flows.
