What is the call on Shyam Tele?

Obviously, sentimental impact happening on the stock price but I do not think that itself qualifies from the fundamental standpoint to make it worthy of investment. At best if you are already holding on to the stock, you can hold on to it but I do not think beyond that one should be commenting on because the fund infusion has been elsewhere and not into the company Shyam Tele.
