For shareholder of Mid-Day multimedia you get 2 shares of Jagran Prakashan. On the face of it the stock is reacting. Do you think it’s a positive?

Definitely yes. It’s a consolidation happening in the print media space. I guess Jagran would be paying around close to 200 crores for this acquisition in the print media space. So yes it makes sense for Mid-Day investor to hold on to their stock.
