Hold on to Lanco: Lancelot D'Cunha, Sharyans Wealth Management

Lanco's Indonesia project is going to take some time for returns to start coming in to the investors.

What would you do with Lanco, has not really shown too much of an uptick, still trading around those sub-70 levels, would you buy into it at current levels?

Lancelot D'cunha: The price has almost factored in the positive news at this point in time because these projects are long run projects and they have a 16% return on equity on the BOT project in Indonesia. So that should obviously help. Implementation of the power projects is going to take 2.5 to 3 years and given that scenario, Lanco has a capacity of 511 megawatts and increased it to 1200 megawatts but this project is going to take some time for returns to start coming in to the investors. So I would rather hold on a Lanco and wait and see how things unfold on the domestic side.
