Hold Bharti Airtel: Gurunath Mudlapur

Gurunath Mudlapur, Director, Atherstone Capital Markets Ltd. in an interview with ET Now talks about Bharti Airtel.

Bharti Airtel at the current price about Rs.229 odd. Would you probably enter this counter a future outlook and management looks very positive so probably for a longer period of time take a play on this?

At this stage it is more like a market performer for us and the stock should perform well for two reasons. One is that the acquisition is done or integration is done. The operations have started to stabilise in Africa and once they are able to stabilise their operations and start to increase their profitability in their African division then it will automatically reflect in the prices so yes it is not sell definitely it’s a hold for us at this stage.
